4. Prices and shipping costs
4.1 The prices stated at the time of the order at the Marey Lederwaren Online Shop apply. The prices shown are net prices including VAT and are in Swiss francs (CHF).
4.2 The cost of packaging and shipping shall be added to every order at Marey Lederwaren. In the normal case these are CHF 7.00. Exceptions are specifically declared. The actual invoice height depends on the type of delivery and the type of payment. The exact shipping costs are displayed to the customer in the order process. In exceptional cases and special events, the postage may be omitted.
5. Terms of delivery
5.1 Delivery is only within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
5.2 Warehousing is normally ready for dispatch after 2-4 days, optionware after 2-3 weeks.
5.3 No partial deliveries are carried out. In the event that an order does not arrive at the customer at a desired or communicated delivery date, however, damages claims are excluded.

6. Terms of payment
6.1 Payment is by credit card, PostFinance, mobile phone payment, prepayment or by invoice. All payments by credit card or PostCard are handled by Datatrans AG. The data are encrypted and sent to Datatrans AG for processing.
6.2 Payment by invoice is subject to a credit check. Credit ratings require the retrieval of customer data in databases from other companies (eg collection offices). If the payment is chosen by invoice, the customer expressly agrees that Marey Lederwarens will collect information about him. If the creditworthiness check is negative, Marey Lederwaren is entitled to have the customer only purchased by credit card or by mobile phone payment.
